The EU Council decided on financial assistance to Ukraine

According to hvylya.net: The Prime Minister of Ukraine, Yulia Svyrydenko, announced on social media that the European Council has decided to allocate 3.056 billion euros to Ukraine as part of the Ukraine Facility. She emphasized the importance of this step for our country.

'Today, the EU Council made the decision to provide 3.056 billion euros to Ukraine within the framework of the Ukraine Facility,' - Svyrydenko wrote.

Svyrydenko noted that this decision reflects the trust of European partners in the reforms in Ukraine. She also thanked the EU Council presidency country, Denmark, for supporting the Ukrainian position.

'This is a powerful signal of trust in our reform course and ability to ensure stability in the most difficult times,' - she noted. 'We are grateful to the Danish presidency for its clear support.'

According to her, every support from European institutions helps Ukraine achieve its strategic goal of becoming a strong country in Europe.

During the EU Council meeting, the decision was made to allocate financial assistance to Ukraine in the amount of 3.056 billion euros under the Ukraine Facility program.
