Ukraine has risen 14 positions in the AI ranking: how it was achieved during the war

According to Мінцифра: Ukraine is actively developing in the field of artificial intelligence and plans to be among the top 3 countries in this indicator by 2030. Despite internal challenges, our country has made a significant leap of 14 positions in the Government AI Readiness Index 2025 from Oxford Insights.

Currently, Ukraine ranks 40th among 195 countries in this ranking. It is worth noting that in some criteria, Ukraine surpasses even leading countries like the USA and Great Britain. For example:

• 99.63% - a record level of digitalization of government services;
• 92.25% - high compliance of legislation with international standards.
