According to ХВИЛЯ: Ukraine's Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha commented on the decision to launch the first negotiation cluster for the country's accession to the European Union. He expressed gratitude to the Cyprus Presidency for steering the process forward, as well as to EU member states, the European Commission, and EU institutions.
