According to НОК: In Rijeka (Croatia), from August 21 to 28, the Junior World Championship in diving took place, where Ukraine won two medals. During the competition, which involved 238 athletes aged 14 to 18 from 46 countries, Ukrainian athletes demonstrated high results. A total of 12 representatives from Ukraine participated in the events. The tournament was held in two age categories: Group A (16–18 years) and Group B (14–15 years). Throughout the championship, sets of awards were contested in 17 finals.

Mark Grytsenko won the silver medal in the 10-meter platform diving event in Group A, scoring 583.90 points. This is the athlete's third medal at junior world championships: previously, he won gold and bronze medals at the world championship in Rio de Janeiro in 2024. Ksenia Bociek finished as the bronze medalist in the 3-meter springboard event in Group A, scoring 409.70 points.
