According to Главком: A multi-million-euro deal has been signed between Ukraine and German defense contractor Rheinmetall for the production of artillery shells and propellant charges. Manufacturing is already underway at a facility in Spain, with all munitions to be produced within Europe. The order value amounts to several million euros.
The final price tag will be determined in the second quarter of 2026, and full delivery is scheduled for the first quarter of 2027. Rheinmetall ranks among Europe’s largest manufacturers of large-caliber artillery ammunition, underscoring the strategic importance of this agreement for Ukraine’s armed forces.

Separately, Deputy Head of the Presidential Office Pavlo Palisa met with U.S. Military Attaché to Ukraine, Brigadier General Allen Pepper-highlighting the ongoing importance of international military cooperation.
