The Ukrainian team in Greco-Roman wrestling at the U20 European Championship

According to glavcom.ua: The Ukrainian team in Greco-Roman wrestling took third place in the team standings of the U20 European Championship in Italy, reports 'Glavkom'.

Our athletes won seven medals in these competitions:

• Silver: Yegor Yakushenko (97 kg); Vladislav Pokotilo (67 kg).
• Bronze: Pavel Toryanik (87 kg); Ivan Yankovsky (130 kg); Maksut Sultanov (60 kg); Anatoly Pasnak (72 kg); Kirill Shniryov (82 kg).

European Diving Championship in Athens

From June 23 to 29, the European Diving Championship among juniors-2025 took place in the capital of Greece - Athens. 176 athletes from 27 countries participated in the competitions, including Ukrainian representatives.

The Ukrainian team consisted of 13 athletes, including 11 experienced athletes and two debutants: Veronika Andrashchuk and Nazariy Kononenko.

The final result of the Ukrainian team's performance at the championship was 12 medals: 6 gold, 3 silver, and 3 bronze.

During the European Championships in Greco-Roman wrestling and diving, Ukrainian athletes demonstrated a high level of skill, winning an impressive number of medals. Ukraine can be proud of the achievements of its athletes on the international stage.
