Paying an 8,500-hryvnia fine through the Reserv+ app can remove the wanted status but does not eliminate the responsibility to complete the military-medical commission. Kyryda emphasized:

“Settling the fine closes the specific administrative case and lifts the wanted status, but the duty to attend the medical examination remains in effect.”

Being on an administrative search list does not permanently bar Ukrainians from crossing the border.
