Ukrainians reach the 1/8 finals of the Beach Volleyball World Championship for the first time: who is the next opponent

According to glavcom.ua: The Ukrainian duo of Tetiana Lazarenko and Daria Romaniuk has reached the 1/8 finals of the Beach Volleyball World Championship for the first time in Ukraine's history. During the match against the Japanese tandem, the athletes managed to clinch victory by defeating their opponents in two sets. Now they will face the Brazilian duo, the leaders of the world ranking.
Another Ukrainian pair, Valentyna Davidova and Angelina Khmil, ended their journey in this championship at the 1/16 finals, losing in the final match of the group stage.
Moreover, recently Ukrainian athletes also showed good results at the European Championship in the under-18 age group, where they earned well-deserved medals.
