On December 23, wet snow is expected in Ukraine: forecasters gave a forecast for the day

According to glavcom.ua: On December 23, cloudy weather with wet snow and a little rain is expected in Ukraine. Forecasters promise wind from the north at a speed of 3-8 m/s. The air temperature at night and during the day will fluctuate from -3°C to 2°C, except in the northeast, where 2-7°C of frost is expected at night.

In the Kyiv region and the capital, wet snow is also expected, with air temperatures ranging from -3°C to 2°C. On Christmas, temperatures will drop to -9 to -12 degrees at night, while during the day they will fluctuate from -2 to -9 degrees. The weather may become more pleasant due to clearings and sunny rays breaking through the winter clouds.
