August pensions: UAH 1.1 billion routed through Ukrposhta

According to Пенсії (RSS): Ukraine’s national postal operator, Ukrposhta, is playing a central role in social payments this month. Starting August 3, the disbursement of August benefits was set in motion, with UAH 1.1 billion allocated for pension deliveries via Ukrposhta and UAH 82.5 million designated for sick-leave compensation.

On the same day, the Pension Fund of Ukraine handled 52,300 citizen requests. The August funding allocation includes:

• Pension payments through Ukrposhta - UAH 1.1 billion;
• Sick-leave compensation - UAH 82.5 million.
