UNICEF to Allocate Additional Funds to Thousands of Children with Disabilities: Assistance Details

At the 'Better Care Awards' ceremony, it was announced that UNICEF plans to further finance support for children with disabilities in subgroup A in frontline areas of Ukraine during the winter period. The organization will join the government program 'Winter Support', which specifically includes financial aid of 6,500 hryvnias for the most vulnerable categories of children.

This assistance will be directed to children from the most disadvantaged families, children with disabilities in foster care, children without parental care, and children among internally displaced persons in nine regions of Ukraine, particularly in the east and south of the country.

UNICEF continues its work to support the most vulnerable categories of children in various regions of Ukraine, providing them with additional assistance and support measures in difficult life situations.
