According to МВС: A tragedy occurred in Ternopil - as a result of a Russian rocket strike, 20 people were killed, including 2 children. Another 66 people were injured, of which 16 are children. Rescuers saved 45 people. As a result of the shelling, houses and buildings were damaged, causing fires. Rescuers and medical personnel are working at the scene.
