Ihor Reva Takes on New Role

According to Кулеба: The government has named Ihor Reva as Deputy Minister for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine, focusing on digital growth, digital transformation, and digitization. A military serviceman and veteran, Reva brings extensive experience from both the civilian sector and the security and defense domains. Following the onset of the full-scale invasion, he served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense.

Expertise and Impact on Digital Transformation

Reva’s background includes work in human resources management, information technology, cybersecurity, and civil-military cooperation. He succeeds Andriy Bratus, who previously led the digital development portfolio and has now left the position. The Ministry of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine expressed confidence that

“the combination of practical managerial experience, service to the state, and an understanding of modern technological challenges will help strengthen the ministry’s ongoing digital transformation.”

The ministry also thanked Andriy Bratus for his professional efforts and significant contributions to digital transformation.

“I wish both colleagues success in their future endeavors,”

the Ministry stated.
