New Job Openings Announced at Ukraine’s Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Veterans Affairs

According to Офіс реформ: The Recovery and Reform Support Teams operating under Ukraine’s Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Veterans Affairs have announced new recruitment campaigns. These teams are advisory bodies aimed at driving institutional change. Specifically, the Ministry of Finance is seeking an analyst to focus on enhancing international cooperation in financial matters. Applications for this position must be submitted by 23:59 Kyiv time on June 24, 2026.
In addition, the Recovery and Reform Support Team attached to the Ministry of Veterans Affairs has opened a role for a lawyer specializing in the transition from military service to civilian life. The deadline for submitting applications for this role is June 17, 2026, also by 23:59 Kyiv time.
The URA Program
Both teams are consultative and advisory bodies that form part of the "Architecture of Recovery and Reform in Ukraine" (URA) program. Launched by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in partnership with the European Union, the URA program is financially supported by the Multi-Donor Fund for Stabilization and Sustainable Development of Ukraine. This fund is backed by several participating countries and entities, including:
