The new resolution, announced by the government, aims to accelerate production timelines. Key Features of the Reform

The introduced changes focus on three main areas:

• Less paperwork: Defense companies no longer have to submit certain supporting documents separately. All required information can now be entered directly into the customs declaration.
• Flexibility with classified information: Producers are now allowed to submit secret documents and additional details up until the official customs declaration is filed.
• Elimination of advance deadlines: The previous rule requiring firms to send copies of contracts, technical passports, and other permits to customs three days before processing has been scrapped.
