The government has established new transfer deadlines for military personnel: what has changed

According to glavcom.ua: The government has made a decision regarding the transfer of military personnel to other military units within 30 days. This was reported by Minister of Defense Denys Shmyhal, referring to information from journalists of the publication 'Glavkom'.

The Cabinet of Ministers has regulated the procedure for commanders' responses to personnel transfers to avoid cases of ignoring or delaying decision-making.

«The order for transfer must be executed by the commander within 30 days, and within 72 hours – measures must be taken to begin handing over the position to another military personnel. Clear criteria have been established that exclude the possibility of relocation. A special working group is being created to resolve controversial situations», - reads the statement.

The government has simplified the transition procedures between the Armed Forces and the National Guard, allowing reports for changes in duty stations to be submitted through the 'Army+' mechanism. This will enhance the effectiveness of the Defense Forces and facilitate movement between units.

«The Ministry continues to work on further measures to simplify and expedite the transitions of military personnel between units», - added the minister.
