According to Кабмін: The government is implementing a new format of cooperation in the defense sector, which involves engaging enterprises to create air defense groups together with the Armed Forces of Ukraine to enhance the protection of the state and critical infrastructure.

Main aspects of the innovation:

• Unified management: air defense groups operate under the command of military command within a unified Air Force management system.
• Coordination: group leaders work in a digital air defense management system for operational interaction and shared situational awareness of the air situation.
• Access to resources: enterprises can procure or receive air defense means by decision of the military command or through agreed supply procedures from the Ministry of Defense.

Justification of the importance of the new initiative:
