Usyk knocked out Dubois and became the undisputed world champion
According to glavcom.ua: In the rematch at Wembley Stadium in London, Oleksandr Usyk secured a victory by knockout against Daniel Dubois. The fight was for the title of undisputed world champion in the heavyweight division. Usyk defended the WBA, WBO, and WBC titles, while Dubois entered the ring with the IBF belt.
Right from the start of the bout, the boxers showcased active footwork and precision in their punches. Usyk landed several blows to his opponent's jaw at the end of the first round, and the following rounds were filled with exchanges of punches.
The fifth round was crucial as Usyk finished the fight with a knockout, securing his 24th victory in the professional ring, of which 15 were by knockout, and becoming the undisputed world champion in the heavyweight division.
The media day in London began with a symbolic action - the presentation of the restored mosaic 'Boriviter' in Trafalgar Square. In this way, Usyk reminded the international community of the tragedies that occur daily in his homeland.
