According to ДСНС: Attention! Dangerous ice phenomena

Starting tomorrow, ice phenomena are expected to appear and intensify on rivers throughout Ukraine, as well as on the Kyiv, Kamianske, and Dnipro reservoirs: ice cover and ice shoving, which may later lead to complete ice formation.

Be careful around water, do not risk going out on the ice, and follow safety rules. Remember your safety and the safety of your loved ones.
