The leader is the Masovian Voivodeship, where the average salary exceeds 10,500 zlotys gross. This is approximately 17% higher than the national average. The result is influenced by Warsaw, where international companies, the financial sector, and the IT business are concentrated.
The second place is taken by the Silesian Voivodeship with an average salary of about 9,500 zlotys gross. The income of workers in the region is approximately 6% higher than the overall Polish level.
