According to glavcom.ua: The police are seeking witnesses and pranksters to come forward. Meanwhile, the perpetrators, along with a white car, have already left the scene, heading towards the village of Carrigart.
The police in County Donegal, Ireland, are appealing to three individuals who left a mannequin covered in ketchup on the roadside and got hit by a car. The incident occurred near Milford when the driver, pulling onto the R245 road at midnight on Sunday, thought they had struck a person. However, it turned out that the 'victim' was just a mannequin made from plastic bags.
Residents of Ireland decided to play a prank, but the situation went too far, and the police are appealing to citizens to help identify those responsible for this harmless yet quite shocking incident.
