Explosion at the Odessa TCC: one person killed, police are determining the details

According to glavcom.ua: An explosion occurred at the Odessa RTC and SP, resulting in one person killed and another injured. This was reported by 'Glavkom' referring to the police of the Odessa region.
The police are establishing the circumstances of the event that took place on October 27, when a law enforcement officer and the center's staff found themselves in a conflict.
Earlier, the Territorial Center for Staffing and Social Support reported an attack on a serviceman who was stabbed.
Currently, the DBR and police continue the investigation of this crime to establish all the circumstances of the incident and the reasons for its occurrence.
