The Ukrainian city of Donetsk, which is under occupation, is facing an increasing number of thefts of water barrels. This is happening against the backdrop of a humanitarian crisis and problems with water supply. On one of the streets, a group of people took a water barrel that belonged to other residents, causing outrage and subsequent complaints to the occupying administration.Due to the prevalence of this phenomenon, the 'administration' of Donetsk has urged residents to return the stolen barrels. However, problems with water supply in the occupied region have persisted since 2022 due to damage to infrastructure during hostilities, and even humanitarian efforts do not provide an adequate solution to this problem.
