Mobile TCCs may appear in Ukraine - Venislavsky
According to glavcom.ua: Ukraine is actively discussing the possibility of introducing mobile territorial recruitment and social support centers (TCCs) to enhance the safety and effectiveness of mobilization activities in the event of missile strikes from Russia. This initiative was proposed by MP Fedor Venislavsky.
According to Venislavsky, due to the absence of location requirements, current legislation does not provide for the possibility of creating mobile centers. The lessons of hybrid warfare have shown that Russian missile strikes on conventional TCC points require new, mobile formations.
The MP emphasized that mobile centers established through subordinate legislative acts of the command or the Armed Forces of Ukraine have a right to exist due to the threat from the east. The law passed in 2023 to strengthen mobilization simplifies the process of creating mobile centers through digitalization and the use of modern technologies.
The introduction of mobile TCCs will strengthen the country's defense capabilities in the context of hybrid warfare, ensuring a more effective response to Russian aggression and increasing readiness for mobilization in the event of a potential threat.
