Ukraine to Introduce New Fines for Violating Curfew: What Will Change
According to hvylya.net: Ukraine is preparing new fines for those who do not comply with the martial law and curfew regulations.
Government representative in parliament Taras Melnychuk announced this on his Telegram channel.
The Cabinet of Ministers has already approved a draft law that proposes new fines for such violations as being without a special permit in populated areas during evacuation and for breaking the curfew.

The draft law also grants the police the right to directly detain violators of the curfew and other martial law regulations.
Amounts of Fines and Punishments
The exact amount of fines has not yet been specified. Currently, violators are punished under general regulations, but the new draft law aims to clearly define the punishment for violating the curfew. This could significantly change the approach to monitoring compliance with martial law.
