The Murder of a Ukrainian Woman and Her Daughter in Germany: New Details Emerge

According to glavcom.ua: The investigation into the murder of a mother and her daughter from Ukraine in Düsseldorf continues. The incident occurred near their residence. Law enforcement has not yet revealed whether the victims and the suspect were acquainted or what might have connected them.

“The results of the forensic examination confirmed that the 32-year-old mother and her 19-month-old daughter were murdered. Currently, a 16-year-old teenager is in custody, and investigative actions regarding this case are ongoing.”

The police previously considered the possibility of the murder being related to an attempted robbery that occurred in the same area last week. Currently, the Ukrainian consulate in Düsseldorf has sent a request to German law enforcement for additional information and is keeping in contact with the relatives of the victims and the detained individual.

It should be noted that last weekend, the bodies of a 32-year-old Ukrainian woman and her daughter were found in the city of Dorsten, and the suspect in this crime is a Ukrainian. Additionally, in Belgium, a teenager killed his mother and sister, who were also citizens of Ukraine.
