According to Главком: An explosion occurred near the entrance of an apartment building in Kharkiv's Osnovyanskyi district at approximately 9:00 PM on March 3. The incident resulted in the death of a 40-year-old man. A 44-year-old woman was injured and subsequently hospitalized.
