The Constitutional Court refused in a number of cases: which complaints were not considered

According to Конституційний суд: Judges of the First and Second Senates, along with the panels, continued to consider cases on constitutional complaints on Wednesday, November 19, 2025. The First Senate decided to conduct constitutional proceedings in some cases and refused to consider other constitutional complaints. The Second Senate also selected cases on constitutional complaints from various representatives of organizations and individuals.

During the meetings, a decision was made to open constitutional proceedings in certain cases, as well as to refuse to open constitutional proceedings in others. During these important days, the judges considered issues regarding compliance with the constitution and the protection of citizens' rights.
