According to glavcom.ua: Starting from December 15, hourly power outage schedules will be introduced in Ukraine, especially for industrial consumers. This is due to missile and drone attacks by the Russian Federation on Ukrainian energy infrastructure facilities, which has complicated the situation in the energy system.

Energy workers recommend consumers to check information about outages on the official websites of their regional energy companies and to use electricity wisely to reduce the load on the energy system during peak periods.

It is worth remembering that the Center for Counteracting Disinformation warns about the spread of manipulative and false information regarding the electricity situation in Ukraine. Do not believe rumors about unfair distribution of electricity or exports to the EU until you verify their truth.
