Accident with deer Boris: how the crash happened and who is to blame
The accident occurred on March 23 at about 19:15 on Central Street in Zarichne. A local resident called the police, reporting an incident involving an animal and the driver's escape.
The authorities established that the driver was a 28-year-old local woman. According to preliminary data, she was driving a Mercedes without headlights on, which could have caused the accident.
The woman explained her escape as fear after the incident. At the same time, this does not relieve her of responsibility. The police found the car with characteristic damage at the driver's residence.
Several administrative materials were immediately drawn up against her:
for causing an accident
for lack of an insurance policy
for leaving the scene of the accident.
The final decision regarding punishment will be made by the court.
