Ukrainians have begun receiving 6500 hryvnias: who can receive assistance

The "Winter Support" program is now accepting applications

Starting today, anyone can apply for a one-time payment of 6,500 UAH under the "Winter Support" program. This assistance is provided to people who find themselves in difficult life circumstances, including:

• children under guardianship or custody;
• children with disabilities, children in foster families;
• people with disabilities of the first group among internally displaced persons;
• children from IDP families receiving housing subsidies;
• children from low-income families under 18;
• single pensioners receiving care allowances.

To apply, you can use the online service "Diia" or personally visit any branch of the Pension Fund. The funds received will be transferred to a bank account or to a Diia card and can be used within 180 days for purchasing clothes, shoes, medicines, and vitamins.
