The government has approved an electronic queue at the TCK: how registration will now work

At the official level, the government of Ukraine has decided to regulate the use of an electronic queue for registration at the Territorial Centers of Staffing and Social Support. This decision was made at the Cabinet of Ministers meeting, concluding the testing period of the service. Defense Minister Denys Shmyhal announced this on his Telegram channel. The electronic queue had already been successfully operating in experimental mode since May 2024 and has now received the status of a permanent important service for conscripts, servicemen, and their family members. The implementation of the digital service will allow avoiding 'live' queues, increasing safety and the speed of procedures for accepting citizens into the Staffing Centers. The Ministry of Defense is actively developing digital services, focusing efforts on transferring as many services as possible to online format.
