Vinnytsia gathered a record 2.4 million tons of grain: details of the 2025 harvest

This year, Vinnytsia has gathered an impressive harvest of grains. Farmers have threshed over 2.4 million tons of grain from more than 434 thousand hectares. This resulted in an average yield of 55.6 centners per hectare, which is higher than last year. The yields of buckwheat and millet are also impressive - exceeding last year’s figures, as reported by

Moreover, the collection of sunflowers, soybeans, and sugar beets is currently underway. Overall, the situation with the harvest is very promising. However, it is worth mentioning the problem of drought in the southern regions of Ukraine, which could lead to harvest losses. Nevertheless, the forecasts for the harvest of grain and oilseeds this year in the country are very optimistic.
