Decision of the Higher Anti-Corruption Court
According to Главком: The Higher Anti-Corruption Court recognized the assets of the family of the former acting head of the Kharkiv Regional TCC and SP as unfounded, including BMW X6 2023 and Toyota Camry Hybrid 2022 vehicles. The court ordered one of the cars to be confiscated for state revenue, as well as the value of the other, amounting to over 4 million hryvnias.
An analysis of the income and expenses of the official and his family established that it was impossible to acquire the specified property from legal income. Relatives of the serviceman purchased the cars for a total of 4,850,170 hryvnias.
Recognition of Assets as Unfounded
The Higher Anti-Corruption Court also recognized assets exceeding 3.8 million hryvnias, which were acquired by the former head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional TCC and SP, as unfounded. The court's decision is based on the results of monitoring the former official's lifestyle conducted by the National Agency for Prevention of Corruption.
