Euro-2026 U-19 Draw: Ukraine in Group with Romania and Kazakhstan
According to glavcom.ua: Today, December 10, the Ukraine U-19 team learned about its opponents in the elite round of the Euro-2026 qualification. After the team, led by Dmytro Mykhailenko, finished first in its group, it was placed in Group 5, where it will compete against the national teams of Romania, Kazakhstan, and Northern Ireland.

- Group 1: Germany, Austria, Greece, Sweden.
- Group 2: England, Portugal, Poland, Serbia.
- Group 3: Croatia, France, Norway, Switzerland.
- Group 4: Czech Republic, Denmark, Belgium, Latvia.
- Group 5: Ukraine, Romania, Kazakhstan, Northern Ireland.
- Group 6: Italy, Turkey, Slovakia, Hungary.
- Group 7: Spain, Netherlands, Finland, Slovenia.
Matches in the elite round will take place in March 2026, and the group winners will qualify for the final tournament in Wales. The Ukraine national team also successfully completed the qualification for the World Cup, winning the decisive match against Iceland with a score of 2:0.
In the semi-final playoff, the Ukraine team will play against the Swedish team, and if victorious, will participate in the final match against the winner of the Poland - Albania pair.
