According to legislation, any items that obstruct the free view of the road are considered obstacles to safe driving, for which a fine of 510 hryvnias is provided. In addition, commercial transport is especially subject to heightened departmental control, so drivers should be vigilant about the number of decorative accessories in the cabin to avoid unpleasant situations.

Experts recommend adhering to simple rules when arranging the car interior, namely – ensuring the proper placement of devices that do not obstruct the driver's view of the road, and avoiding the placement of items that may distract and restrict visibility, to ensure a safe journey.
