Wizz Air adds new flights from Poland to Egyptian resorts

Ukrainians traveling through Poland will have more opportunities for vacation in Egypt. The low-cost airline Wizz Air has announced the launch of new regular flights from several Polish cities to Marsa Alam, Hurghada, and Sharm El Sheikh, and will also open new routes to France and Italy. This is reported by Wizz Air.

Wizz Air flights to Egypt from Poland: which routes will open

The airline is launching the most new routes to the resort of Marsa Alam. Starting from July 4, flights will begin from Gdańsk, Kraków, and Katowice, and from October 26, Warsaw Modlin Airport will join them.

The frequency of flights will also gradually increase. Specifically:

• Warsaw Modlin - starting October 26, three times a week;

• Gdańsk - one flight a week from July, three from October;

• Kraków - two flights a week from July, five from October;

• Katowice - one flight a week from July, three from October.

To Hurghada, Wizz Air will start flying at the end of October from Warsaw Modlin, Wrocław, and Katowice. All flights will operate three times a week.

New Wizz Air flights to Sharm El Sheikh and other European cities

Sharm El Sheikh will also appear in the airline's route network in the fall. Starting from October 27, flights will begin from Warsaw Modlin, Gdańsk, and Katowice. In December, the number of flights from Warsaw will increase from two to three per week.

In addition to Egyptian resorts, Wizz Air is also expanding its European route network. From October 26, the company will open flights between Warsaw and the French city of Lyon, which will operate four times a week.

New routes to the Italian city of Turin will also appear from Prague, Gdańsk, Katowice, and Wrocław.

The new flights may be particularly interesting to Ukrainians, who are currently actively using Polish airports for international travel. The expansion of the route network provides more options for flights to popular resorts without the need to purchase package tours.
