Yermak announced who should represent ORDLO in negotiations
Andriy Yermak, the head of the President's Office, assured that Kyiv would negotiate the resolution of the conflict in Donbas with representatives of ORDLO who hold only Ukrainian citizenship.
He stated this during an online discussion on the topic: 'Pandemic, Reform, War and Peace: A View from the Ukrainian White House'.
The head of the Office raised the issue of creating a so-called Advisory Board within the Trilateral Contact Group, which is planned to involve representatives of ORDLO. However, he emphasized that Ukraine does not intend to negotiate with individuals from the self-proclaimed 'LPR/DPR'.

It should be noted that Zelensky's associate spoke about the idea of creating the Advisory Board in the past, but did not say that he was abandoning it.
Yermak stated that the Ukrainian side is ready to talk only with Ukrainians without Russian passports, which the Kremlin actively distributes in the Donbas.
He also noted that Kyiv would negotiate only with those citizens of Ukraine 'who did not participate in hostilities, did not kill our soldiers, did not make criminal decisions, but were forced to remain in uncontrolled territories'.
