Starting January 1, 2026, tariffs for residence registration in Ukraine will change
New tariffs for administrative fees in Ukraine
According to ХВИЛЯ: Starting January 1, 2026, new tariffs for the administrative fee for residence registration and deregistration will take effect in Ukraine. These changes are part of the implementation of Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Providing Public (Electronic Public) Services for the Declaration and Registration of Place of Residence in Ukraine'.
Based on the new tariffs, the fee for residence registration or deregistration will be 49.92 UAH. For individuals who violate registration deadlines, the amount of the administrative fee will be higher, totaling 83.20 UAH. It is important to note that the minimum subsistence level for working-age individuals currently stands at 3328 UAH.
Purpose of the tariff changes
These changes in tariffs aim to simplify the registration procedures and make them more accessible for the population. The introduction of new rates, in accordance with the legislation, is also intended to ensure more effective provision of administrative services in Ukraine.
