According to the company's information, the changes will occur as part of the modernization of the telecommunications infrastructure in preparation for the implementation of the 5G network. Subscribers will be able to continue using mobile services but will switch from 3G to fast 4G.
Where 4G will work instead of 3G
Dnipropetrovsk region: Dnipro, Samara (Novohrad-Volynskyi), Samara district, Kamianske, Kamianskyi district, Vylnohirsk, Pidhorodne, Slobozhanske.
Lviv region: Drohobych, Stryi, Truskavets, Boryslav, Sheptytskyi (Chervonohrad).
Users who have not yet activated 4G on their phones are urged to do so according to the operator's instructions. If the SIM card does not support 4G, a free replacement for a USIM can be obtained while keeping the number.
Let us remind you that earlier the President of Ukraine signed a law on deploying mobile networks, which will allow ensuring quality communication in regions where it has not been available yet and to maintain connectivity in de-occupied territories.

This will be part of the preparation for the implementation of the 5G network, which promises even more connectivity opportunities.
