Frontline Sees 154 Engagements in 24 Hours: 78 Airstrikes and Over 9,000 Drone Attacks Reported

Ukraine's Frontline Situation

According to Главком: Ukrainian forces engaged in 154 combat clashes over the past day. The enemy launched missile and air strikes, dropped glide bombs, deployed kamikaze drones, and carried out numerous artillery barrages. In response, Ukrainian units successfully struck key enemy targets.

Yesterday, Russian forces conducted one missile strike using a single missile and carried out 78 airstrikes. These attacks involved 292 guided aerial bombs and the use of 9,112 kamikaze drones. In total, the enemy fired on Ukrainian troop positions and populated areas 4,231 times, with 201 of these attacks coming from multiple launch rocket systems.

Attacks and Defense

Ukrainian Air Force, missile troops, and artillery struck one enemy multiple launch rocket system and another important target. Aggressive enemy activity was observed across various sectors of the front. On the North-Slobozhanske and Kursk directions, the enemy attacked defender positions once and carried out 138 artillery strikes. Six airstrikes using 14 aerial bombs were also recorded.

On the South-Slobozhanske direction, the enemy attempted to breach defenses toward the settlement of Zybyne. On the Kupiansk direction, three attacks were launched toward the settlements of Podoly and Hlushkivka. On the Lyman direction, the enemy attacked seven times, trying to penetrate defenses toward Stavky, Lyman, and Drobycheve.

Defenders on the Sloviansk direction halted eight enemy attempts to advance toward Kryva Luka, Rai-Oleksandrivka, Riznykivka, and in the areas of Yampil, Zakytne, and Platonivka. On the Kurakhove direction, the enemy conducted 28 attacks toward Kostiantynivka, Illinivka, Ivanopillia, Stepanivka, Novopavlivka, and Sofiyivka, as well as in the areas of Pleshchiivka and Rusynyi Yar. On the Pokrovsk direction, defenders repelled 27 assault actions in the areas of Myrnohrad, Rodynske, and Kotlyne.

Furthermore, on the Orikhiv direction, the enemy attacked eight times, while on the Huliaipole direction, 28 attacks were recorded in the areas of Huliaipole, Myrne, and Zelenyi, and toward Dobropillia. On the Prymorske direction, two combat engagements occurred toward Prymorske and in the area of Stepnohirsk. These events took place on the 1,479th day of Russia's full-scale war against Ukraine.

The frontline situation remains tense, with active combat across multiple sectors. The continued use of a wide array of strike capabilities, including air power and drones, underscores Russia's intent to pressure Ukrainian defenses. This sustained intensity highlights the protracted nature of the conflict and its significant human and material cost. Ukrainian forces continue to demonstrate resilience, effectively countering these assaults and inflicting losses on the invading troops.
