New product from 'Djelato-Hutsulato'
According to Главком: The confectionery manufacturer 'Djelato-Hutsulato' from the village of Kvasy in Transcarpathia has presented a new product - a beer mousse cake. This dessert is made of chocolate biscuit on dark beer (stout), a layer of beer jelly, crispy caramel with walnuts, mousse with stout and white chocolate, as well as a mirror salted caramel on top. The cake can be purchased at the manufacturer’s store in Kvasy, as well as in branded stores and establishments of the 'Tsypa' brewery.
Contest 'Incredible Villages of Ukraine'
The village of Kvasy, where 'Djelato-Hutsulato' is located, took second place in the all-Ukrainian contest 'Incredible Villages of Ukraine 2022'. As part of the contest, the village received a grant of 50 thousand hryvnias, which was used to purchase equipment for the local cheese factory.
“Who said that beer only pairs well with meat? We are breaking stereotypes and elevating desserts to a new level. We present a cake in which beer reveals itself in a completely new way.”
This new dessert not only emphasizes the creativity of the manufacturer but also opens new horizons for pairing beer with desserts.
The launch of the beer mousse cake is part of a broader trend for innovative desserts that use unusual ingredients. This can stimulate interest in new flavor combinations in gastronomy and increase the popularity of Transcarpathian producers. Moreover, the success of 'Djelato-Hutsulato' in the 'Incredible Villages of Ukraine' contest indicates the growing support for local initiatives that can positively impact the region's economy.
