Veteran Businesses: Only 5 Days Remaining to Submit Applications for the UAH 1 Million Grant

Applications Open for "Trajectory 3" Program

According to Мін. Економіки: Applications for the third season of the educational grant initiative "Trajectory 3" are now being accepted. This program offers veterans and veteran-friendly companies a chance to secure grant funding and gain practical expertise. It is part of broader efforts to help veterans rebuild their careers through entrepreneurship. The application window closes in five days, with the final deadline set for August 31, 2026.

The program includes three online webinars covering business growth strategies, B2B sales development, and opportunities available through government grant initiatives. Participants will also receive actionable advice to help craft a plan for scaling their business. Ten winning projects will each be awarded a grant of 1,000,000 hryvnias.

Eligible applicants include businesses founded or co-founded by veterans, active military personnel, or their family members. Companies that officially employ at least one veteran (man or woman) are also welcome to apply. The program is organized by the Diia.Business network of entrepreneurship support centers, with backing from:

• Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine,
• Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine,
• Office for Entrepreneurship and Export Development,
• Aurora Multimarket network.

"Trajectory 3" represents an important step in helping veterans realize their business ambitions and strengthens the broader entrepreneurial environment in Ukraine. With both financial support and educational resources, participants can improve their market position and discover new avenues for growth in today's economic landscape.

As the "Trajectory 3" program opens its application process, it's worth noting that previous cycles have also provided significant funding for veteran businesses. For instance, in the latest round, a total of UAH 10 million was allocated to support innovative projects, emphasizing the ongoing commitment to enhance the entrepreneurial landscape for veterans in Ukraine.
