According to hvylya.net: In September, more than 30,000 Polish and allied soldiers from all branches of the armed forces will participate in the exercises 'Iron Defender'. These exercises will be the biggest challenge for the Polish military this year, reports the General Staff of Poland.

The 'Iron Defender' maneuvers, which have not been conducted in Poland for a long time, promise to be substantial. They involve the participation of most units and soldiers that make up large tactical formations, such as a division.

According to General Wiesław Kukuła: 'One of the objectives of the exercises is to check how successfully the units of the 18th Mechanized Division have implemented modern equipment, which has been systematically supplied.'

The exercises were named 'Iron Defender' due to the participation of soldiers from the 18th Division, known as the 'Iron Division'. About 34,000 soldiers and around 600 units of equipment, including Polish and allied, will take part.

In September, the 'Iron Defender' exercises will take place in Poland, involving Polish and allied soldiers from all branches of the armed forces. These extensive maneuvers will be a significant challenge for the Polish military, and they will help test the readiness of the units to use modern equipment. Participation in the 'Iron Defender' exercises is an important step in maintaining the country's defense capabilities and cooperation with allies.
