According to the prosecutor's statement, Marius Borg Høiby is accused of four counts of rape, as well as other crimes such as violation of personal freedom and secretly filming videos without consent. According to the investigation, Høiby raped four women, using violence and secretly filming their genitals.

«The violence included, among other things, that he repeatedly hit her in the face, including with a clenched fist, strangled her, kicked her, and grabbed her forcefully,» the prosecutor said.

Additionally, the charges also concern domestic violence against Høiby's former partner and other instances of violence, violations of public order, and court restrictions regarding another former partner.

The new charges against Marius Borg Høiby are the result of an investigation that revealed a series of serious crimes, including rape and violence in various forms.
