Details have emerged about the explosions that occurred near Zhytomyr
According to glavcom.ua: A terrible tragedy occurred in Zhytomyr region on the evening of July 2. A powerful explosion took lives, injuring many and causing damage to buildings and vehicles. According to the head of the Hlubochytska community, Serhiy Sokalskiy, the explosion occurred on the territory of two enterprises.
The incident took place near the international highway Kyiv - Chop in the Berezyna area. As a result of the explosion, severe destruction occurred: buildings were shattered, vehicles damaged, and many were injured.
“The only thing I can say is that the incident occurred on the territory of two production facilities, which were completely destroyed,” emphasized Sokalskiy.
So far, the exact circumstances of the explosion remain unknown. Currently, an investigation is ongoing, with investigators and emergency services working at the scene.
Strike drones attacked the terminal of 'Nova Poshta'
Russian occupiers struck with attack drones at the terminal of the 'Nova Poshta' company in Sloviansk. According to the company's press service, employees were not harmed in the attack. However, about 300 shipments were destroyed, but 5 thousand parcels remained intact. The losses from the attack have yet to be finally calculated.
It was also reported that the 'Nova Poshta' terminal in Sumy and the operational center in the Odesa region also suffered from attacks by Russian drones. Fortunately, in these cases, no one was harmed.
The events that occurred in Zhytomyr region and the attacks by strike drones on the terminals of the 'Nova Poshta' company indicate a national security threat in Ukraine, inciting outrage and requiring immediate response from the authorities and law enforcement.
