The government approved the list of religious organizations for reservation: full list

The State Service of Ukraine for Ethnopolicy and Freedom of Conscience has changed the list of religious organizations that are considered extremely important for the economy and the livelihoods of the population in a special period. The changes were approved by the order of the State Service.

The list includes those religious organizations that successfully passed the verification according to the new criteria. These criteria came into effect in March of this year.

The update of the list was conducted in accordance with the instruction of the Prime Minister, received after the meeting with representatives of churches and religious organizations.

The list indicates 9216 religious organizations that have strategic significance for the state in unforeseen situations. Their actions may help ensure stability in the country.

Currently, the list contains almost 7700 organizations, the same as in June. This is an important step for ensuring national security and resilience in difficult times. After all, cooperation with religious organizations can be crucial in addressing the dangers and threats facing Ukraine.
