Ukraine's National Team at the 2026 Winter Olympic Games

According to Главком: Ukraine's national team is preparing to compete in the 2026 Winter Olympic Games, which will be the XXV edition of the Winter Olympics. The Ukrainian delegation will consist of 103 people, including 46 athletes, 42 coaches, doctors, massage therapists, other technical staff, and 15 administrative officials. The team will represent the country across 11 different sports, with a particular focus on the biathlon program, which features 11 distinct events. Ukraine has a strong history in winter sports, and this participation is a significant point of national pride.

Biathlon Event Schedule and Competition Format

The Olympic biathlon program includes the following disciplines:

  • Sprint
  • Pursuit
  • Individual race
  • Mass start
  • Classic relay
  • Mixed relay

The competition schedule for biathlon events is as follows:

  • February 8 at 15:05 - Mixed relay
  • February 10 at 14:30 - Men's individual race
  • February 11 at 15:15 - Women's individual race
  • February 13 at 15:00 - Men's sprint
  • February 14 at 15:45 - Women's sprint
  • February 15:
    • 12:15 - Men's pursuit race
    • 15:45 - Women's pursuit race
  • February 17 at 15:30 - Men's relay
  • February 18 at 15:45 - Women's relay
  • February 20 at 15:15 - Men's mass start
  • February 21 at 15:15 - Women's mass start

The Ukrainian biathlon team's men's roster comprises five athletes:
