According to Главком: President Volodymyr Zelensky announced the introduction of a support program for energy workers who are part of repair and restoration brigades during the winter period. This decision was made during a meeting with Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko, highlighting the importance of supporting specialists during difficult times.

As of today, we are in the 1419th day of the war, and the situation in the energy sector remains tense. In Kyiv, power outages have been recorded, and several settlements in the Kyiv region are suffering from a lack of electricity supply. Difficult weather conditions in the region further complicate the situation, especially in the Brovary and Boryspil districts, where the aftermath of the Russian attack on Kyiv remains palpable.

“We agreed with the Prime Minister to develop a special program to support such people,” said Volodymyr Zelensky.

This initiative aims to help energy workers who carry out important work in restoring electricity supply and ensuring stability in the country's energy system.
