According to the president, such an exchange of views will help protect Ukraine from Russian occupiers and ensure justice in the country.
'I gathered all the heads of law enforcement and anti-corruption agencies, the Attorney General was also present. A very necessary meeting, an open and useful conversation that really helps. We all have a common enemy - the Russian occupiers, and protecting the Ukrainian state requires a strong law enforcement and anti-corruption system, which means a real sense of justice.'
Zelensky emphasized that criminal cases should be considered quickly, and those guilty of actions against Ukraine should be punished. The president expressed gratitude to the participants of the meeting for their readiness to work together in Ukraine's interests and plans further in-depth working meetings to prepare a common action plan for strengthening Ukraine and ending threats.
Future cooperation
During the meeting, administrative and legislative decisions were discussed that would facilitate the work of each agency. Zelensky noted that all personnel would work as a team aimed at strengthening Ukraine and ensuring justice for the Ukrainian society.
'Everyone will work together, and we will support this at the political level. We agreed that next week there will be an in-depth working meeting on the plan of joint actions. And in two weeks there should be a common plan ready - what steps are needed and will be implemented to strengthen Ukraine, address existing issues, provide more justice, and truly protect the interests of the Ukrainian society.'
